Shipping Destinations:

• We currently have limited places we are able to ship to due to new VAT changes in the UK. Unfortunately we have had to temporarily suspend many locations from the UK due to new VAT rules. We have been able to open up shipping to USA, Canada and Australia as many of the VAT rules are the same as before, so there are minimal changes to our procedure. We hope to be able to reinstate all shipping locations in the near future.International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy, these are paid for by you.

Shipping Times:

• Local orders take approximately 2 business days to be delivered to you and we ship daily from Monday-Friday. Most orders are sent via owl delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class), or via Hermes for parcels over 2kg.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
• Please see our Covid-19 page for more up to date information regarding shipping times.

Shipping Cost:

• Orders over £60 will have free shipping within the UK.
• Orders under £60 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Local Pick-Up:

• You can also choose to collect your order from Grimm & Co. Your order is usually ready within a couple of days and you will receive a text or email (depending on which contact you left with your order) to say when your items are ready to pick up. We are usually on site to collect from Monday - Friday between 8am and 4:30pm. 

Custom and Import Taxes:

• Any domestic orders (placed within the UK) will not incur Custom or Import charges.

• Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the Import calculator for USA.

  • The customs value is made up of:
  • the price paid for the goods,
  • the insurance cost,
  • the shipping cost.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout:

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay & PayPal. 
• You can also pay using Gift Cards, if the value of the gift card if less than that of the total order (including shipping and any taxes), the remaining balance is to be paid for by the above methods.

Promotional Codes:

• You can add a promo code to your order, all codes are case sensitive so ensure you type the code exactly as it appears.
• You may only use one promo code per order - this includes automatically applied codes such as Potion Bottle 3 for 2.
• If you have difficulty in getting your promo code to work, please contact us on shop@grimmandco.co.uk and we will be able to advise your further.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery or pickup information and select payment method the for goods - we will usually ship your package within 2-3 business days.

Our Shop Elves are on hand via email and the Chat function to guide you at any step. 

We lovingly pack and wrap every item that leaves our Apothecary and we want you to be completely happy with your order from us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy.

We are open five days a week, 9:30am - 4:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. On Thursdays we are open 9:30am - 6pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays including Bank Holidays.

If you are collecting a local pick-up order from our online shop, the Shop Elves will package your order ready to collect from the shop counter. Simply ask a Shop Elf on arrival and they will bring your order to you.
